Staff

Karen is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor and the director of Dancing Shiva Yoga.
She first tried yoga in 2000 and upon discovering Ashtanga yoga commited to a daily practice in 2002.
As a mostly self-taught yogi, Karen appreciates the value of a knowledgeable and supportive teacher. She strives to give every student personal attention and an authentic yoga experience.
Karen began teaching yoga in 2004. She continues to practice daily and stays motivated by studying with both local and prominant Ashtanga masters.
