Program Change

All drop in classes will be suspended.
We are dedicated to offering the best learning experience in the CSRA and are changing our programming to reflect this commitment.
Beginning November 1st we will offer, exclusively, private classes in the traditional 1 student to teacher method.
Our intent is to create a more peaceful/ focused environment and cultivate a deeper yoga experience for our dedicated students.
